Following your purchase of a qualifying Lightpad Block M, Seaboard Block, Seaboard Block Bundle, Beatmaker Kit, Songmaker Kit, Songmaker Kit GarageBand Edition, Seaboard RISE 25 or Seaboard RISE 49 between 22th November 2018 and 31st January 2019 from an eligible retailer, submit your Claim between 30 and 60 days from date of purchase to claim your cashback reward. For example, for a purchase made on 29th November 2018, the claim can be made between 29th December 2018 and 28th January 2019 (inclusive), but NOT before or after.

Lightpad Block M, Seaboard Block, Seaboard Block Bundle, Beatmaker Kit, Songmaker Kit, Songmaker Kit GarageBand Edition, Seaboard RISE 25 or Seaboard RISE 49 are the products that qualify for the promotion.
Products must be new, unregistered and purchased between the promotional dates. Second-hand or ex-demo products will not qualify for the promotion.

Only purchases of the qualifying models listed on the Promotion Products page are eligible for this promotion.

Purchase must be made through an authorised and participating reseller (a full list is available on the Participating Retailer page) in an eligible country (a full list available on the Eligibility and rewards below). Please note that not all authorised ROLI resellers will be participating in the promotion.

Products bought through auction sites and third party sites such as eBay and marketplace on Amazon are excluded.

The reward value will only be valid in the country where a qualifying product has been bought (for in-store purchases) or shipped to (for online purchases). The promotion is only valid in the following countries:

Participants may submit a maximum of 1 claim per Promotion Product with a maximum of 2 total claims per participant.

Claim

A receipt or invoice which clearly details your purchase and includes reseller name and address, purchase date, product and purchase price. An Order Confirmation or delivery note does not qualify as a proof of purchase and cannot be accepted.

For purchases made on www.roli.com, you will receive your receipt when your order has shipped. The receipt will be sent to you via email with the subject title starting ‘Your ROLI Purchase Receipt’.

We will not be able to process your claim without a valid copy of the original receipt or invoice accompanied by all of the information requested on the claim form. If the original receipt has been lost or damaged, most stores can provide a copy if the consumer requests it.

When downloading, scanning or taking a picture, please ensure all the required details (reseller name and address, purchase date, product and purchase price) are clearly visible. Blurred or unclear proof of purchase may invalidate your claim.
Uploaded documents must be in PDF, JPEG or TIF format. Maximum size of each document is 4MB.

Visit www.roli.com/cashback2018, click ‘Make a claim’ and follow the steps in the claim form.

To upload the documents(s) select ‘Receipt Upload’, then locate the file that you want to upload and click ‘Open’.

Please check that you have selected the correct file as this may invalidate your claim. If the wrong document was selected simply remove them by selecting again ‘Receipt Upload’.

The serial number of your product can be found on the bottom of the product.

For Songmaker Kits, only the Seaboard Block serial number should be provided.

For Beatmaker Kits, only the Lightpad Block M serial number should be provided.

    This is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
  • You are outside of the claim window for this promotion.
  • Your purchase date is outside the promotional period.

Please refer to your proof of purchase and the Terms and Conditions of this promotion and the claim period detailed.

Please wait ten (10) working days from submitting your claim to receive a status update of your claim by email. Please check the email account you provided during the claim form for emails related to this promotion, and check your junk or spam email folder.

If you do not receive an email acknowledgement after ten (10) working days from submitting your claim, contact us here within ten (10) working days of submitting your claim.

Please refer to the email we have sent you, it may be that the details uploaded for your proof of purchase were not sufficient to process your claim.

    Common reasons for Missing Information:
  • Proof of purchase was not legible.
  • Proof of Purchase did not show the price paid, products or retailer purchased from.
  • An incorrect document was uploaded and not a proof of purchase.
  • An order confirmation was supplied, which did not show the products were purchased, in this case we ask you to provide further documents to support your claim, this could be a delivery note or invoice.
  • The Serial Number you entered on your claim is invalid.
  • The bank transfer information provided is incorrect.
  • Make sure to send required information within ten (10) working days as per the Terms and Conditions.

You will receive your cashback reward via bank transfer within 20 working days of your claim being validated.

    If you have received an email to confirm validation of your claim, please check the following:
  • Wait for 20 working days after your claim has been validated to receive your cashback reward.
  • Check the email account that you provided during the claim form for further details about the reward.
